IMPACT MODIFIER

MBS impact modifiers are used in a wide range of PVC applications for excellent impact strength, efficiency, best transparency and clarity, low crease whitening. They are not suitable for outdoor applications

Application:-MBS impact modifier use in PVC pipes -fitting, CPVC pipe-fitting, uPVC pipes-fittings, PVC furniture, PVC medical parts, PVC door-window, PVC blister film, PVC rigid sheet, PVC packaging film, PVC lamination film, PVC shrink film, PVC celuka foam board sheet, PVC WPC sheet, PVC profiles and other many application

CHLORINATED POLYETHYLENE (CPE)

CPE products are chlorinated polyethylene resin. It is a type of superior high performance-price ratio impact modifier and is widely used in production of many types of rigid plastic products and semi-flexible products. Proper amount of CPE added into formulations of PVC, PE or PP plastic products will not only greatly enhance impact resistance but will also largely improve low temperature performance, weatherability, welding strength and other performance. CPE is most suitable for substitution of acrylic impact modifier (AIM) or blending with AIM with a certain percentage without adjusting the processing data and the formulation, resulting in an optimum performance/cost solution.

PARAFORMALDEHYDE

Paraformaldehyde is a white, solid polymer of formaldehyde with the pungent, characteristic formaldehyde odour. Paraformaldehyde is composed of varying molecular weight polymers of polyoxymethylene glycols. The combined water is the terminating agent for the paraformaldehyde chains. Paraformaldehyde is slightly soluble in alcohols and insoluble in ethers, hydrocarbons and carbon tetrachloride. It is relatively insoluble in cold water, but soluble in hot water with depolymerization. The solubility and rate of solution of paraformaldehyde in water are greatly influenced by pH and temperature. Both acidic and alkaline pHs and higher temperatures accelerate the rate of solution. Once dissolved, the paraformaldehyde solution behaves like the methanol-free formaldehyde solution of the same concentration. Paraformaldehyde reacts chemically as formaldehyde at a rate determined by its rate of depolymerization under the conditions of use

MELAMINE

Melamine, commonly known as protein essence, with a molecular formula of C3H6N6, is a triazine organic compound containing nitrogen and heterocyclic rings. It is white monoclinic crystal, almost tasteless, slightly soluble in water, soluble in methanol, formaldehyde, acetic acid, hot glycol, glycerin, pyridine, etc., insoluble in acetone and ethers.

Such resins are characteristically durable thermosetting plastic used in high pressure decorative laminates such as Formica, Melamine dinnerware, Laminate Flooring and dry erase boards. Melamine foam is used as insulation, soundproofing material and in polymeric cleaning products such as Magic Eraser.

MALEIC ANHYDRIDE

Maleic anhydride is an organic compound with the formula C2H2(CO)2O. It is the acid anhydride of maleic acid. It is a colorless or white solid with an acrid odor. It is produced industrially on a large scale for applications in coatings and polymers.

It is specially used for making resins, floor polishing and surface sizing in paper industry, all kind of coating, latex printing and printing inks. Due to this wide range of usage in various application it has a good demand in India as well as in other countries..
